Here’s a bunch of snaps from TiEcon Delhi 2006 that I am sharing using slideshare. The event was great and I’ll probably update this post later with a detailed writeup. (the quality of the images is not very good, so please bear with me on that)
On a different note, this is the first time I am embedding my own slides into this blog using slideshare. Hope it works out fine.

Hey amit,
The interface is gr8. How is your traffic nowadays and what percentage of the traffic your are seeing are recreational users and what percentage is actual professionals that want access to slides online. And once agin hats off to the design team. I’ve seen you have gone the PPC route for monetization as of now. Are you recovering the your infrastructure costs with ppc alone and are you planning to introduce other monetization strategies. Meratube is rolling out a revenue share for content providers, is this something ur look at as an option.

Thanks for dropping by. Slideshare traffic is growing fast . Users actually are far more widespread than we initially envisaged- conference organisers, professional speakers, bloggers, teachers, librarians, jokesters, pranskters, photographers etc. Hard to give a number but its evenly split between professionals/recreationals.
Monetization is obviously planned and mostly on a freemium model. I’ll write a detailed post on this blog in a few days…stay tuned for that.

Good job. It would have been wonderful if all the presentations in ppt was made at the conference are uploaded on the site, so that any one interested can go through the same.
