Kill Bill’s Browser

No , I don’t wish to add to the cacophony from the ‘Dump IE & Get Firefox’ brigade . While I give my utmost suport to the open source movement , I use IE as my default browser since my laptop is well guarded by a combination of Norton System Works, Google Pop Up Blocker, Adaware & Spybot.

I am blogging this simply because

1. The site is quite funny

“Mozilla has never made a talking paperclip”
“You’ll only see porn when you want to”

2. Its creative execution is brilliant
3. The communication is loud & forceful and nobody can miss the point . From an advertising perspective, the storyboard is as clear as crystal.
4. Some of the points raised are actually quite thought provoking

“Mozilla doesn’t inflate prices and use the money to vaccinate children in Africa”

Incidentally , the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has donated huge amounts of money to help the Anti AIDS Campaign in India.

Overall, its worth spending a couple of minutes there.
